About Texture Maker

With over 110 team members, Texture Maker Enterprise Co., Ltd. is a food ingredient R&D center and also a premix manufacturer. We have an R&D team dedicated in developing new food textures and creating innovative mouthfeel. We use the most updated way to improve the traditional food technology and we know the trend all around the world. In the meantime, we set up market data base for our customers to check and we provide versatile supports and services to our business partners.

We developed mix along with dedicated-selected ingredients for various applications needed. There are two major categories in our line ups: Bakery and Beverage. Customers can build their own signature products with more ease and efficiency yet keeping tasty and style remained using our bakery mix such as: bread, cake, donuts and others. Speaking of the beverage products, our mix powder makes it easy handled in benefits of room-temperature storage, inventory management and the most important of all, the making! Customers can always build their best-seller menu using our signature beverage mix plus tapioca pearl (Boba pearl) and drinking cream mix.

We strive for perfection and we care about customer satisfaction. We pay our full efforts to improve the product quality and we’d love to help with customers’ demands and problems. Moreover, we follow the rules of ISO 22000 and HACCP to provide the highest quality products to our customers.

On the academic side, we actively support a series of case studies and R & D application plan, irregularly publish the results and help students do what they learn from school and to create a win-win situation.

2003Established under the name of Texture Maker Enterprise Co., Ltd., specialized in importing food ingredient and modified starch.
2004Set up R&D department to work on the application and technology of food ingredient.
2005Introduced own brand ""Baker-Mate"" and to offer bakery premix powder, for example like, Korean chewy bread powder and easy-to-use instant mochi mix.
2006Expanded the sales channels to work with bakery department at hypermarket.
2007Expanded our sales of bakery premix powders to China.
2008Work together with academic institution, for example like, the application of waxy rice flour in the chewy bread with Fu Jen Catholic University.
2009Set up an ISO 22000 and HACCP certified factory in New Taipei City, Taiwan.
2010Expanded the sales to SouthEast Asia, for example, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and etc. In the meantime, we imported wheat protein and customizing formulas for our customers.
2011Introduced own brand ""TOP SNOW"" and to provide a new style of beverage application.
2012Set up a HALAL certified production site and acquired HALAL certification. Import various kinds of non-dairy creamer and customize formulas to fit different needs.
2013Sales were widely approached to North America and Europe.
2014Introduced a new brand ""TOP INNO"" and combined the brand with ""TOP SNOW"" to provide a total solution of premix powders for catering franchise system.
2015Introduced FunTex and Fun Mix bakery series and to offer retail packages for consumers to experience the fun of using our easy-to-use bakery premix powders at home.
2016Branches in Shanghai and Japan were established.
2017Mochi Donut sweep Hawaii, sell 2500-3000 donuts per day.
2018The 10th Anniversary of launch QQ Bread, and co hosted with Taipei City University of Science & Technology to held the 1st QQ Bread competition.
2019Established German sales office. The Rice Pancake Mix awarded by 2019 Monde selection Gold award and 2018 A.A. Taste award one star.
2020The All Purpose Cake Mix (Egg Free), Mochi Bread-Cioppino, Mochi Bread- Italian Spices, Chia Donut Mix Gluten Free and Rice Pancake Mix Gluten Free awarded by 2020 Monde selection Gold award.
2021The Purple Sweet Potato Rice Waffle Mix (Gluten Free), Gluten Free Donut Mix, Mochi Donut Mix and Gluten Free Rice Pancake Mix awarded by 2021 Monde selection Gold award.
2022Integrated Donut Mix, Gluten Free Rice Pancake Mix, Gluten Free Donut Mix and Mochi Donut Mix awarded by 2022 Monde selection Gold award. Mochi Bread Mix and Purple Sweet Potato Rice Waffle Mix (Gluten free) awarded by 2022 Monde selection Silver award.
